I’ve been with plastics & Rubber silicone industry for close to 20 years now.
Seen a lot of things happened in our industry.


Graduated from high school, I worked as a CNC apprentice, and learn CNC programming. I work night shit normally and deal with many kinds of heavy metal material molds, die casting mould, injection mould and rubber silicone moulds. Thought it was a tough time, I learn lots of manufacturing skills and taught to face and overcome obstacles, challenge myself, and strive for excellence. Promoted from a green hand to a team leader, I also have good command of mold design and various 3D software, Including Mastercam, UG-NX, Powermill, CAD, Pro-E, Rhinoceros during this period. And known the whole mold making process: EDM electric discharge machining, wire cutting, deep hole drilling, patterning, electroplating, sandblasting, and other surface treatment techniques. All of this experience laid a solid foundation for me to set up the company and lead the team to develop products.

I love our designs and productions very much, including every detail. For every new project, I will spend lots of time and love to discuss with our design team. Because it’s so exciting to witness product from sketch to the true. “You’re not only a manager of our factory, you’re also a top designer”, John said to me frequently. I laugh and said “Aha, yes, I’m proud of our team and all of our products.”
